Guest guest
So what has worked best for you...or what do you think WILL work best for you if you haven't tried it yet? You can select more than one answer. ---- Please select one or more of the following: o SMART o RR/REBT/AVRT etc. (Trimpey stuff in general) o SOS o Medicine (antidepressants, methadone, other psych meds) o Don't need any therapy or treatment, I can be sober on my own. o Don't need therapy or treatment, I don't need to remain sober all the time. o I'm still in AA or NA and I'm going to stay there, and you people are all in denial. o I'm going to stick with AA/NA although I believe a lot of the criticisms of it are valid out of a need for the social contact of the herd. by going to the following Web form: /vote?id=943067137325 & listname=12-step-free Thank you! Guest guest
Hi - I have a concern with this form in it uses the " S " word - Sober - which may be a mistake, as it has been made, by AA, to imply " abstinent " . By rights of course, its exactly what you should use, as staying *sober* , though not necessarily abstinent, is of course what matters. You might like to add " I drink, but stay sober " as an additional item.
