Guest guest
One more article on stem cell research: EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS Researchers from the National Institutes of Health have efficiently produced midbrain and hindbrain neurons from mouse embryonic stem cells, according to a report in the June issue of Nature Biotechnology. http://neurology.medscape.com/22316.rhtml I basically think our hope in this is that they are one day able to regrow the vestibular nerve, so that we can hear again, and so that we can not have every cop that pulls us over and has us walk a straight line think we're drunk. This would also apply to maybe one day regrowing damaged spinal nerves and things as well. -- Chartrand jchartra@... http://www.geocities.com/rainforest/vines/6079 " Anyone who tells you they can create a forest is either stupid, or lying.
