changes in pressure in head/sudden

does anyone else have changes in the pressure in their head -- quick sudden

changes when walking down a flight of steps ... or up ... it feels like some

big invisible guy is squeezing my head in different spots ..................

as my daughter would say " whassup wi dat? "
