My grandfather had MANY of acm symptoms, but at that time there was no mri. He did have adult onset hydrocephulus though, and from what I understand, many here have this too. So far only my daughter has started showing some symptoms. I pray every day my kids will never have to go through the things I do. ugh... My nsg told me it does not run in families, until he met me! =) We definately have made him think twice about that. Hope this helps!
