<<Hi :

Yes. I have had this issue (blushing) all my life since I remember, but now it

is causing me anxiety and physical symptoms like palpitations, dizziness and

almost panic. I always have had the impression that my blushing is an abnormal

reaction, and never felt comfortable with that. I would like to know if there is

something - can do to minimize this condition

Thanks

Hi ,

This is an abnormal regulation of the autonomic nervous system. It's

called erythrophobia. Your 'fear' of it makes it worse when it happens. I would

recommend 3 possibilities.

1) a flower essence. This gets a 50% endorsement from me. As a follow-up to

either treatment below this gets a 90% endorsement from me.

2) EMDR sessions -- 100% endorsement

3)CBT therapy. 75% endorsement with 90% endorsement as a follow-up to EMDR if

necessary.

Regards,

** , I don't know prices and availability in Honduras. You'll have to

research this yourself.

For clarity for all, please don't ask me to do the research for products that

anyone could do. It's a poor use of my time and a way in which I am unwilling

to spend my time and energy.

<<Hi , and thanks a lot for your response. I would like more info

about the 3 possibilities you mentioned in your e-mail. I am living in

Honduras and don't know which possibility is easier to follow in my case.

What would be the cost involved for your endorsement?.

Please, I am very interested to be free from this and/or minimize at least

to manageable levels. I have some Bach essences that I purchased when I was

tapering from Klonopin. They are: White Chestnut, Cherry Plum, Star of

Bethlehem and Mimulus. Are some of them useful in my case?

I am excited about the possibility to get better. I have a M.Sc. grade and I

play saxophone, I like soccer, etc, I mean I am enthusiastic about several

things in my life but my social life and my work are affected by this

condition, I feel very useless and embarrassed often due to blushing.

Please let me know which way I have to follow, I need a guide.
