Heart of Sailing celebrates inaugural voyages in ville, Florida!

The weekend of March 15-16, 2008, Captain traveled to ville, Florida in order to introduce Heart of Sailing’s Daysail Program. and the participants were hosted by Captain Roach, who was assisted by his father, also named . They were gracious in volunteering their time and beautiful sailing vessel 'Grace' to take and the participants for an incredible sailing adventure.

Of particular note on Sunday were participants Dr. Buckley and Dr. Jerry Kartzinel, who were preceded on Saturday by their staff, Laurie and , and families.

Drs. Buckley and Kartzinel were impressed by the Daysail Program, and are interested in helping spread awareness and provide great connections for , to facilitate the possible creation of a regional program in the ville area. The doctors have proposed ideas for a sailing camp, which HEAL would sponsor. Please stay tuned for more information on this developing program.
