<<Hi:

Am hoping to find some people here on this site for mutual support. How

do people here connect w/ one another? I would be interested in hearing

from you. I am currently on risperdal/ depakote/ & cogentin. Am on less

than .5mg of risperdal now & seem to be doing alright. I don't feel like

I need any of them at this point for mental or emotional reasons. I have

had trouble in the past reducing the risperdal; however some key factors

have changed since my last failed attempt. I would like to find somebody

to check in w/ on a fairly regular basis. There are not good supports

available where I am living. My psy Dr is out of town & he is not

supportive. I am a very independent person & live a healthy lifestyle.

It would be very nice to hear from some of you.

Looking forward to hearing from you. >>

** Hi ,

You can check in eight here with the group. When you do it this way instead

with one person, you minimize the possibility of being given inaccurate

information.

The primary reason people fail at getting off a drug is because they are

either decreasing too much at one time or decreasing too frequently.

Regards,
