Guest guest
I am withdrawing veeeerrrry slowly from Prozac and after three years I'm now down to 1.80mls. I have always had low blood sugar, for years, way before I ever had depression and was put on antidepressant medication. I manage to always keep my weight stable at 142lbs (5 feet 6 inches) so I am ok weight for my height, but I do struggle somewhat to do this, I generally have 100g porridge for breakfast, if I had the 40g reccomended on the box I would crashing mid morning, get shakey, faint, headachey, starving hungry. I try to eat as little sugary stuff as possible in my diet and eat pretty healthy, lots of fruit and veg, I read somewhere that chromium is really good for helping with low blood sugar symptoms, is this worth trying? or would it be a complete waste of money?
