Please take a minute to write and THANK Speaker Rubio and the members and demonstrate the passion, urgency, and importance of this issue in the State of Florida.

The committee is meeting tomorrow evening to workshop legislation which will be brought to the House floor for a vote. The Speaker and Chairman Bean have committed to pass effective and meaningful legislation this session to assist children and families with autism. Many of the legislative committee members, which represent a cross section of several different committees, including insurance, education and health care, may not be familiar with autism issues.
