Guest guest
I had a polyp removed with my hysteroscopic resection in February. They are almost always benign. When you have your surgery they will do a pathology report and verify that. Don't worry about the polyp. They are pretty common and I even had a cervical one too. Doc removed it in her office and she could tell right away it was OK, sent it to pathology and it checked out OK. Pam Ken Liggett wrote: I had a hysterosonogram on friday. Guest guest
Yes they are (benign). I think you are very lucky, both can be removed by hysteroscopic resection, they are both very small so you should have excellent results. Good luck! Guest guest
According to the website http://www.fibroid-choice.com , Dr. Ernst Bartsich began applying operative hysteroscopy to fibroid removal in 1975, and he spent the next ten years mastering the technique. He is affiliated with New York Hospital/Cornell University Medical Center, where he is a Clinical Associate professor of OB/GYN. Those of you who are in the New York tri-state area, and your fibroid is submucosal, it might be a good idea to consult with him. Sydney Lagier wrote: > Yes they are (benign). Guest guest
Ahhh. I am breathing a sigh of relief. I have been worrying so much about this polyp. Thank you all for your caring and concern.
