Guest guest
I have heard of kids with behavioural issues from diet but not adults. I think I eat pretty healthy and have had my thyroid Checked before and it was normal. I think its most likely inherited my father used to have episodes, I remember him jumping up and down on on a remote control aircraft he built because it wouldn't work. The main difference between my father and I is that I am aware of it when the hostility takes over. >> ** This is more likely learned behavior as opposed to anything else. I'd be rich if I had $5 for each time someone with an inadequate diet told me their diet was healthy. Please post a 4 day food and beverage log from the past 5 days. Honesty is crucial here if you really want help. All people will have health and behavioral/emotional issues if not properly nourished. It's common sense. You run on nutrients. If you don't get the right amount in proper ratio to each other, this will manifest in health issues both emotional and physical. Please leave a relevant part of the post to which you are responding so people (I, as well) have some context for your responses.
