Hi ,

I wondered if there was a Yahoo problem when I didn't get a reply in a

few days, but thought maybe you were just very busy. So... I'm feeling

better now and will start reducing again next week. Do you have any

suggestions regarding my adrenals? Test results etc. are in the 9/4

post below. Thanks.

**Hi ,

I don't think you're going to be very successful until you address the adrenal

issue and get a healthy foundation in place. Unless your body is working well

and is strong enough, it cannot do the work of withdrawal well.

I suggest you really look at where you can make more room in your budget for

supplements. I've met plenty of people who believe they can't afford something

but I've met very few who have taken the time to truly look at how they spend

every cent and can't manage to get anything more from the budget. I've found

when people make it a priority it tends to happen. The majority of the

conditions you report are from lack of proper nutritional levels in your body.

This includes all the digestive issues.

Hi ,

Thank you for your reply. How do you suggest I address the adrenal

issue and get a healthy foundation in place?

My current daily supplements are 1/2 tsp fermented cod liver oil, 9000

iu vit D, 250mg calcium citrate, 600mg chelated magnesium (200mg 3X),

99mg potassium, 200mcg chromium, 1000mg ester C, 1500mg glucosamine

sulfate (750mg 2X), 1200mg chrondoitin sulfate (600mg 2X).

I'm no longer having any stomach or chest pain.

>>

** Hi ,

I can't do justice to a case like this after a few short emails. I never

tackle something like this initially via email/group. So much more info is

necessary to correctly address things that the only way to do it properly is to

begin with a consultation. Some people do what I call " cookbook medicine " . This

is when they recommend the same protocol for everyone with an adrenal problem.

The results of this are poor. It's important to treat each case on its

individual symptoms.

I How did you end up on the supplements you're currently taking? Did you ever

see anyone or consult with anyone on the adrenal issue? Who diagnosed the

adrenal issue?

<<Hi ,

I had a consultation with you on 8/29/07 at which time you recommended

some of the supplements I am currently taking. You were going to

continue consulting with me via email regarding adrenals etc. However,

I was emailing and getting no reply. I believe you may have been ill

and unable to respond for a very long time? I thought the group was

closed since there was no activity.>>

** Wow, that was a long time ago. Yes, I was hospitalized for almost 3 mos.

and then, at one point later, closed the group for 6 mos. due to feeling really

disappointed (enough on that).

In any case, that was a long time ago so anything you told me then is likely

different now. If you want to fill out the history form again I can answer your

questions. Sorry, but I really can't bring myself to respond on so little info.

Thanks --

My doctor recommended the cod liver oil, D, Glucos/Chondroitin.

As I stated in my 9/4/11 email below, my doctor diagnosed adrenal

problem. Saliva test results and treatments are also in that email. I

added ########## before both paragraphs to make it easier to find.

Thanks,
