<<Hi , thank you I went back to the 10 mg dose last night and already

feel much better. The dizziness and nausea is gone. My question is, with the

small 10 mg pills, how do I come up with the correct dosage of a 5% reduction?>>

** There's an explanation on a liquid titration in the FILES.

Thanks!!

> Hi, I am new here but having some issues with coming off Celexa. I started

taking 10 mg in November 2010 due to some anxiety. I have since visited a

wellness clinic and am seeing a holistic doctor and have being treated for

adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues. My diet is very good now and I'm taking some

helpful supplements so I thought it time to get off this drug which I really

never wanted to start in the first place and I should have listened to my gut

instinct.

what I did and took my last half dose two nights ago. However, today I felt

dizzy, nauseous and foggy headed today so I took half again. I would like to

know, in your experience, should I continue to taper slowly or just withstand

the symptoms? Is there anything else I should be doing?

dose, wait until you feel better, then do a 5% reduction. When you feel better,

write again and let me know more about what you're doing.

Thank you, and I have started the 5% reduction. How long do you recommend the 5%

before reducing again? Is there a reduction schedule?

** Message # 30446 explains this. It's a good idea to read all the messages

that come through when you're seeking answers. Chances are other new people

have already asked something similar and the answer is right there for you.
