** You don't want to go from 12.5 to 4 mg. You want to drop 4 mg bringing

your dose to 8.5 mg. Then, after you KNOW you're feeling fine, drop another 4

mg down to 4.5 mg. Again, you'll know the right time by asking yourself a simple

question. Here it is:

Do as well or better than I felt prior to the last decrease? If you can say

yes, then do the next decrease. If the answer is no, it's not time for the next

decrease. It can't be any simpler!

** What is " right " depends on your needs. Sure, there is a basic foundation

you can do (I believe I give one in the files and in the letter of introduction

one receives upon joining). But to get something that will truly work well for

you, evaluating your needs is necessary. I'm not talking about testing for

nutrient deficiencies. I'm referring to biochemical individuality and early

signs of compromised nutrient assimilation (many drugs deplete or block certain

nutrients). Just as an aside, did you know that there are 14 kinds of magnesium

a couple of which will properly serve your needs?

** What made you do this? This is the LAST thing you want to do when

discontinuing a drug. Your body needs to be as stable as possible for this

process. Also, you don't want to make your liver work more efficiently. You'll

find yourself in acute withdrawal in no time. In my experience, it is best to

wait until you are done getting off the drug(s) before doing any cleanses. But

then, you also need to be careful after as any intense action in your system is

going to have a negative effect on you. Finally, what " cleanse " are you doing?

Some of these on the web are inappropriate for a number of reasons for anyone

but especially for someone in your situation.

products. I couldn't find it. I seem to recall looking at these supplements

years ago when I was evaluating supplements to recommend here beside the brand I

like most (SupraLife).

** Where did you see this? Naturally, fresh, wild-caught fish is best for a

person, but I'd take frozen wild-caught any day over farmed fish. Farmed fish

are fed grains and are given supplemental fish oil!

One more thing -- when you write, please hit ENTER twice after every 2-4

sentences. It makes it much easier to read when one scans and reads quickly.

Thanks!

Hi , I just wanted to drop a quick email, I was on the zoloft for a

while, Im now on 25mg zoloft (I was trying 12.5 for a while but it wasnt enough

and I weaned down way too fast that I could feel it) finally I broke down and

went to the dr who prescribed since thats what I am supposed to do. So I went 2

weeks ago, i told him I wanted off this zoloft, I explained to him about the

brain zaps and really feeling dizzy, he basically told me he didnt know what

brain zaps are and that I must have vertigo if Im dizzy... no I dont have

vertigo, Im dizzy from coming off zoloft. He suggested doing 25 mg every other

day for 2 weeks. it kinda works, but isnt that the same as 12.5mg....? He wanted

me back this wed which would be 2 weeks, but I canceled, bc number 1 I think hes

a quack, and number 2, he makes you wait for almost an hour, busy or not

busy...Im just gonna try this myself with out having to deal with him, which I

didnt want to to begin with.... just not sure what my next step is. 12.5 every

day? every other day? ugh!

*** ,if you look below at my original response you'll see my

recommendation. It hasn't changed.
