Guest guest
, Monavie is very good. My sister and close friend have had Amazing results. My close friend was taking up to 8 embrial shots a month for her RA and within two months lowered it to 2 I believe. She also had limited mobility in her arms and now has full mobility. This is really life in a bottle. If you would like more info please do not hesitate to ask, joe " Hecht () " <dreahecht@...> wrote: Hi I am going to a Mona-Vie Party. It is the name of an Acai juice drink that is suppose to have amazing benefits, especially reducing anti-inflammatory and other relief due to arthritis. Has anyone heard of this? I just don't want to go and waste money on something that won't work. If anyone has tried these kinds of juices could you let me know if there are any good results from it? Thanks,
Guest guest
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is not true. These kinds of things are usually very expensive, too, making it more expensive to just try it to see if it does you any good. Guest guest
Someone gave me a bottle, and well I wasted it. I couldnt get over the taste. I have a sensitive stomach and I thought it was disgustingly greasy! But maybe it works, I didnt get that far. Would probably go down okay with wine or something strong. > > Hi I am going to a Mona-Vie Party. Guest guest
, I tried a new fruit drink called Elations and I didn't notice any difference in inflammation or joint pain. I drank one everyday for 2 weeks. There is a another new one called Joint Juice, but after my experience w/ Elations...I am not going to waste my money on them. Elations had a weird after-taste to it, which I guess is from the glucosamine and other stuff. I have never heard of Mona-Vie though. Best of luck to you though. > > Hi I am going to a Mona-Vie Party. Guest guest
, I have never heard of it. I tried aloe vera juice for awhile and many other natural remedies but not Acai juice. can't stomach flax seed oil, but it is supposed to be good for RA too. I can stomach the cod liver oil better. I also tried the natural cure for RA CMO, also known as cetyl myristoleate which made me feel cured for 7 days and the second $90-bottle didn't do anything at all for me. So was it the drug or me. I have tried traditional and nontraditional so I won't say not to try it because what if it works for you? I think there are as many treatments as there are triggers fr this dreaded conditiion. I think no one knows what works for sure, it's all trial and error, and a natural remedy may or may not work just as the countless traditional meds may or may not work. In my case and not necessarily for anyone else here, it has been a guessing game and very little relief in 13 years which makes me more open to try a wide variety of treatments, eastern and western medicine or a combination of both. i have allowed some very dangerous RA drugs -- remicade and orencia, to be put into my veins hoping for relief, taken enbrel, humira, kineret, too, so a juice I would try just to see. but you have to decide for yourself. I do think there is a lot of snake oil disguised as cures out there as well. good luck in whatever you decide on with the juice and let us know if works for you. Guest guest
I bought the juice ten days ago. I like the taste. I have no clue if it is effective yet. <sugafreak21@...> wrote: Someone gave me a bottle, and well I wasted it. I couldnt get over the taste. Guest guest
Hi guys! I have tried this Mona Vie myself and the only reason I am still not drinking it is because of the acid content in the juice and my terribly sensitive stomach. I could tell after 4 weeks (which I was told was normal) that it was definitely taking the edge off of my pain. The key to it is to keep it in the fridge and you have to make sure that you shake it very, very well before pouring it. I was told to drink a shot glass of very cold juice twice a day. I held my nose and downed it. For me, it was just nasty looking but it really wasn't that bad if you can get by the looks of it! Guest guest
I have tried it- and I have to say I felt better while drinking it. But... I dont know if I was allergic to one of the fruits in it but I vomited every day while drinking it. And I struggled to get the juice down too- but I do know others who like the taste. Try it and see. jill On 1/29/08, Hecht () <dreahecht@...> wrote: > > Hi I am going to a Mona-Vie Party.
