Guest guest
<<Because of reoccuring follicule infections (which I think are a result of a damaged immune system from having taken Effexor) my doctor has outlined a course of action that includes taking a probiotic. She recommended a brand that contains the following: L. rhamnosus 2.5 billion* L. casei 2 billion* L. acidophilus 2.5 billion* B. longum 1 billion* While researching what each strain does a concern arose about the L. rhamnosus. It stated that generally it is beneficial, but has been also indicated as a pathogen. Considering my already poorly functioning immune system is this a strain I should avoid? Is it true that various strains of probiotic should *not* be combined in the same capsule due to the super strain dominating the weaker strains? Thank you, Dee>> ** No concern; better products are combo products. People saying this are under misconceptions. --
