How do I lower the dosage 5-10% same with seroquel on 1/2 of a .25 mg pill. Just wondering your thoughts on this. Thank you for your time. >> ** The answer doesn't change because it's a low dose. You make a liquid titration instead and then proceed with %5 decreases. I believe I recommended going back up to the 0.25 dose if you are currently experiencing withdrawal symptoms from it. Response #30354 is a correct answeer to your question. An article on liquid titration can be found in the FILES. Well needless to say I could not sleep. After about 6 weeks I went to see a psychiatrist, I should mention I have a long history of panic attacks dating back to the time I was about 7, the docs put me on ambien to sleep and gave me ativan for the anxiety, against my better judgement I took them. > > That led to a nightmarish 2 years where I began drinking again this time vodka, and lots of it. It got very bad. I am now over 1 year sober and know that the small amount of clonazepam I am taking is hitting the same recpetors as the alcohol. Though I have rationalized it in the sense that .25 mg of that is better than a liter of vodka. Funny how our heads work. I have never abused the clonazepam, my doctor has actually prescribe 1 mg a day, but I do know the potential for abuse and choose not to go there. > > My question is how do I get off this dosage, do I titrate? What type of schedule should I be on? And what can I do holisticly to make this easier on the brain and body? Any suggestions you can give me would be appreicited! > > > > ** Hi , > > This particular question was just answered.
