Guest guest
Hi , I am new to the group and read your email below with great interest and am curious to learn more about your credentials and background. I have a daughter who is coming off meds with the help of a naturopath. Thank you. ptmom333 ** I'll tell you the same thing I tell everyone. I've been doing this for over 20 years. I have a strong foundation in the human sciences and several alternative healing modalities. I have studies my entire life and continue to do so. I do not want to be trusted based upon formal credentials. I want to trusted for the work I do. My work is here on this list for everyone to see. Most people do not give access to their work. One of the things that scares me the most is that people blindly trust people who have MD after their name. That's how virtually everyone who is here got here. I remind people all the time to not blindly trust because you are impressed by credentials. I can provide references from a few psychiatrists who consult regularly with me about how to get their patients off these drugs. This has been happening for several years. The other thing I tell everyone is that this may not appeal to some people. That's fine with me. I'm comfortable doing what I do the way I do it and leaving my work in the archives for people to see. Imo, you can't get better references than this. A minority of people are not comfortable with that and would rather have initials as a reference. I understand and am not insulted by that. I'd be glad to answer more questions but I may be slow about it. You'll see why in a minute. I have a question my daughter is 24 years old with autism. I do not like to use any drugs for control her behavior, but at this time I do not know what else I could do for help her , she have a lot behavior issues when we go out in the community anxiety disorders, her doctor prescribe her clonazepam 0.5 ONLY for when we go out in the community. I try all the natural supplements with not results magnesium/calsium B complex , tea lavanda , camomile's, amapola tea, red chestnut , cherry plum etc etc . Relax her for a little time but then is the same situation. I will really appreciated if someone in a similar situation what is being use that is working? your info in this matters will be greatly appreciated. >> > > > ** What works for someone else will not necessarily work for your daughter. If you're just taking what you read here and trying to use it you'll not have much luck. People's needs, especially in your daughter's situation, are different from each other. This site is not ment to provide protocols for people. It is for general information. Some of the nutritional info helps overall, but you can't expect this generic information to address your daughter's needs. > > I cannot do justice to this without having more in depth info about your daughter. That's the only way to get a protocol that will be helpful. This is why I do consultations with people. This is what is considered a " complex case " that cannot be dealt with in a casual email group environment. > > To give you an idea of what would go into a consultation, you would fill out a 10 page questionaire/history form. I would evaluate it, formulate more questions, and email you with some of them. We then would have a phone conference. After that, I would put together all I've learned an come up with some recomendations for your daughter. I would continue to guide you in this process. > > You can find the info on consultations along with the form to complete in our FILES.
