Iron Supplement and a

B-Complex Supplment

Just like synthetic vitamin E is called dl-tocopherol and is useless, but mixed tocopherols for vitamin E is beneficial, what do I look for inorder to choose the above supplements so that they will actually benefit my body?  My doctor just recommended over the counter, but I'm still dealing with the aftermath of Effexor and want to put the best possible supplements in my body.

Hello ,

While doing a follow-up thyroid panel (to see if my current dose of Armour is

addressing my hypothyroidism) my doctor also ran a CBC: Hemoglobin, Mean

corpuscular volume (MCV), Mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), Mean corpuscular

hemoglobin concentration MCHC)are all low and Red cell distribution width (RDW)

is high; all pointing to iron deficiency anemia.

My thryoid levels are still not optimal so a small increase was made in the

Armour, iron for the anemia, and the B-Complex is to address my low level of B-6

and B-12.

Can you recommend a good B-complex?
