Hello everyone

When I first got on this e-mail communication I myself was trying to get off Klonopin and Zoloft.

I was able to do so with mild withdrawal after implementing energetic work to heal myself.

The work is amazing however very rewarding. I may say today that I feel rebirthed.

Wishing you peace and health

Many blessings

HOW TO ASK A HEALTH QUESTION FULLY AND EFFICIENTLY

First, some context:This group has 1100+ members, many of whom are in active withdrawalfrom the same types of drugs, have many of the same symptoms, and are taking various combinations of the same group of supplements andremedies. In addition, the messages that appear on the group are only a smallpart of the moderators' daily volume of withdrawal-related email.THEREFORE, no matter how often we communicate with you or how recently you've told us about something, it is not a good idea to count on us being able to remember your particulars. We don't trust our memories with all these vital details, and you shouldn't either. We care too much about all of you and the work we do to risk making silly mistakes. So please, include all the pertinent info each time you ask a health question!!!THIS WILL HELP GET YOUR QUESTION ANSWERED SOONER, WITHOUT TWO ORTHREE EMAILS BACK AND FORTH OVER

SEVERAL DAYS TO CLARIFY THINGS.1. Be specific. If you've developed a symptom, describe it fully.Tell us how long you've had it. Tell us how often it occurs, how intense it is, and if it occurs at a particular time of day."My head feels weird all the time lately," for example, just doesn'tcut it, and you won't get the answer you need until we've read yourquestion, sent an email asking for more info, read that email, andfinally responded.Instead, say;"Four days ago, I started noticing a pressing sensationinside my head, as if something is inside pushing my skull outward. It seems to be worse after meals, and is definitely worse in theevening. It tends to feel better after exercising. This symptom is intense enough to interfere with my concentration at work and make me impatient with my kids."2. Remind us of your history: What drug(s) and dose(s) you are on, down from

how much, your last reduction and how large, what supplements you're taking and any recent changes to them.Don't say: "I just cut my dose the way you told me to. Mysupplements haven't changed since last week when we talked."Instead, say: "I reduced Paxil from 8mg to 7.5 mg 4 days ago. Myoriginal dose was 16 mg, and I have been following your reductionprogram all along with this drug. (I cold turkeyed off Klonopin inDecember 2005.) My supplements: 1000mg Vit C daily, 5000mg Carlson'sfish oil daily, 1 oz Total Toddy daily, 1 oz Mineral Toddy twicedaily, and 400mg magnesium twice daily. I just increased from ahalf-ounce to a full ounce of the total toddy 7 days ago.3. Read your questions over carefully to make sure you've beenspecific. If you've said, "...and my stomach hasn't felt right inages," go back and tell us how it has felt, with what intensity, andfor how long. If you've

said, "I just can't sleep and it'sdriving me crazy!" go back and tell us how long you sleep at a time, how often you wake up, whether you are anxious, agitated, or keptawake by joint pain, for example, and how long this has been going on.Don't feel stupid about all this detail. Don't worry about beingrepetitious. (Do you have any idea how many times we've said thingslike, "What foods in what quantities do you mean when you say you eat 'a pretty good diet most of the time' "? Talk about repetitious!) It will save us all a lot of time, confusion and frustration. We may have to fine-tune this a little, but this is a place to start.

Let's see how efficient and effective we can really be!Regards,Kimco-moderator
