Thanks for the tip, so it causes u fatigue after doing it? I think I may have

the same problem my knees aren't bending much and when they do they do not

recover back like they should so I would be also in compromising situation, as I

have had to crawl back to a chair or something to pull up on when I have knelt

at times, Geez HuH? I think the meditation is good idea, but was hoping to

possible sneak some toning in, as my muscles seem to be in trouble for some

reason, a med I blame it on. I also had to give up high impact, did kick boxing

which I loved but had to walk like the Notre Dame Hunch Back for several days,

and my g.fiend who is very overweight who talked me into it did it , had no

problems at all. I need to slowly start something, I am discouraged sitting

doing nothing for exercise because i can't get out. Thanks for the tip. I will

keep you posted if I get stuck in some yoga position and can't return to the

site until my body lets go of itself and let's

me move again. I am a good one for falling to, clumsey, last time I was on the

floor for 3 hrs, only time I had not had a phone in may hand, but was

embarresed so don't know who I would of called anyway. I did it cleaning my

house, and I really am not at that age that I should be doing that.

hope u well Sharon

Sharon,

Yoga is a good way to relax, the only problem I had with yoga is the damn

poses. My body just doesn't bend that way. The meditation part is really

helpful however.I do a morning workout at 7:30 it is he discovery health

channel or one like it.I can't do the aerobics part of it as my legs would

would collapse and my body would think I had lost my frigging mind,bt there

are some really good stretches in there that do seem to help. Of course are

its over I go back to bed for a couple of hours.
