was/am having are extreme muscle stiffness, involuntary muscle movements,

unsteady on my feet, nauseas, senstivity to cold, I could go on and on.

So currently I am taking:

Seroquel 25mg at bedtime

Lexapro 15mg at bedtime

Ativan 1mg twice a day

I know has said once I restart I should feel normal after 3-4 days,

what should I do after that? I'm praying this works, I am suffering so badly

especially with the muscle stiffness. It took awhile for me to get my

prescriber to agree to put me back on it. Is there anyone on here that had this

much trouble specifically with Seroquel?

Any advice, shared stories, support would be helpful

Thank you,

** It's really unnecessary to have someone who has had difficulty with

Seroquel comment. All these drugs are the same. If you were to list your

symptoms next to someone coming off an antidepressant, another person coming off

Seroquel, and yet another coming off Risperdal too quickly, you would be unable

to tell whichj person was taking the Seroquel.

How to get off these is similar. The differences lie in the person's

individual history with these drugs. Also, in most cases, any antipsychotic has

to be decreased at about half or less the rate one would decrease an

antidepressant.

So, a detailed history including all medical issues will help in assisting

you in proceeding. Try to be very detailed. In most cases where people are on

more than one drug I find that they can be better served (and I can spend less

time imparting more)in a private consultation. But I'll give this a try.
