Guest guest
I was wondering what the standard dose for injections of MTX are? I am on 3mg (I'm not sure if that is the right measurement) per week. I was wondering it seems to be helping because I can tell when I am ready for the next dose but I am still very stiff and achy. Does this help with that or is it my imagination? Joy

Guest guest
Joy, Try not to worry. Many people take MTX for years without experiencing any significant side effects. Most of the time for those with RA, remission is both induced and sustained with DMARDs.
