I DON'T KNOW IF U KNOW OR NOT BUT FOR THE ONES WHO ARE HAVING

TROUBLE WITH BOSS WHEN NEEDING TO CALL OUT. THERE IS A LAW THAT

SAYS AN EMPLOYER HAS TO ACCOMIDATE FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHO

HAVE A DISABILITY. MY COUSIN WAS JUST FIRED FROM HER JOB BECAUSE

HE GOT TIRED OF HER HAVING TO TAKE SOME OF HER SHIFT OFF, AND COULD

NO LONGER PERFORM ALL OF HER DUTIES. SHE HAS FILED A CLAIM AGAINST

HIM AS HE NEW, SHE HAS LUPUS, AND SHE ALSO HAS BEEN THERE QUITE

SOME TIME. GOOD LUCK AND DON'T LET THEM PUSH U

I go through the same thing. My boss can be a real #%^ & *# when it

comes

to me having to leave or take off work, and I have been here 20 years.

He was recently pushing me on a huge project that I should have had

help with, and an unrealistic deadline. I had to go home one day and

got the usual attitude. One of the guys here was a medic in the service

and he wants to sit him down and explain exactly what I deal with every

day. I told him how much I appreciated that, but that it would be a

waste of breath. I empathize with you, I and hope for better days ahead.

You can take FMLA too, you can have so many days a year, and they can not

hold it against you either !!!!
