You sound like that. karpeidm <bschnellenberger@...> wrote: In addition to the itching, needle pricks at random throughout my body especially at night...A new one has developed. Guest guest
Hi, at night I get the same thing. In both my legs it feels like needle pricks and it hurts so bad. I usually have my husband rub them--do you think it could be poor circulation?? I have RA and was diagonised in July, so I too am still learning about all this. If you find any answers let me know. karpeidm <bschnellenberger@...> wrote: Good Morning Everyone....Been catching up for weekend news today. Guest guest
Hello! I'm not sure if this is what you are experiencing..but I get mottled looking skin on the legs and arms (sometimes looks like a lace pattern). My doctor called it livido reticularius. I'm not even sure what this is though! --- karpeidm <bschnellenberger@...> wrote: > Good Morning Everyone....Been catching up for > weekend news > today. Guest guest
My understanding is you NEED to continue the pred and folic acid if you are sick(stress). I usually have to skip my Remicade if I am sick when it is due, but I've never skipped my methotrexate. Best bet would be to check with your doctor tho' as each persons situation is different. And if your doctor or nurse won't help you, you need a new doctor!! bengal9@... wrote: Hello have a question I am mtx, predisone, and folic acid and I am starting to get a sore throat think I might be coming down with a cold can I continue to take med's if I do In a message dated 1/23/2008 4:50:11 A.M. Guest guest
It would be best to check with your doctor. Even a visit may be needed to make sure you aren't getting an infection. I take Sulfasalazine and had to be off it for 3 months due to bronchitis then an upper respiratory infection. They both needed antibiotics and my doctor said they stop the Sulfa so that my infection is not prolonged. However, she told me many think if they have a slight cold or the sniffles they can't take it and will stop it, and that's not needed. I hope you feel better soon:) --- bengal9@... wrote: > Hello > have a question I am mtx, predisone, and folic acid > and I am starting to > get a sore throat think I might be coming down with > a cold can I continue to > take med's if I do > > > In a message dated 1/23/2008 4:50:11 A.M.
