slaw coming to Hernando County!

A local support group (Special Students of Hernando) has secured Pete

and Pam to hold a 2-day slaw Special Education Law and

Advocacy Conference in Spring Hill (Hernando County - 35 miles North

of Tampa)

The conference will be held Friday and Saturday Janurary 16 & 17,

2009.

Included in your registration fee will be Continental Breakfast &

lunch (both days), two books: slaw: Special Education Law 2nd

Edition and slaw: From Emotion to Advocacy, 2nd Edition, and of

course the conference.

The cost of the conference is:

Parent $100.00

Couple $150.00 (same household)

Professional $150.00

2nd professional from same agency $100.00 (1 set of books per agency)

This price is for early registration and will go up on Sept. 30th.

You may register online at Special Students of Hernando website. You

may pay by credit card / PayPal / bank card or mail in your payment.

There is a flyer on the web site that you can download as well as

more information about the conference. Please distribute this email /

flier to any other groups - list serves - individuals that may be

interested - including educators!

We are excited to be able to offer this for not only Hernando County

but for the State of Florida! I've had a number of people register

already from the East Coast of FL, so we are certain to draw people

from all over the State!
