To minimize this, split it into 3 doses each day and take with food. How much magnesium are you taking? When you're feeling anxious try drinking a glass of water with 1/4 of an organic lemon in it. Recently (one week ago) I started taking: Thiamine 100Mg Pyridoxine 200mg Cianocobalamine 250 mcg daily in one single dose, and 2 hours later I begin to feel rapid heartbeats and a little agitation, not really anxiety, it is more physical reaction maybe. But I am going to follow your advice (split doses). I am not taking magnesium as a supplement now. I have been feeling better each day, I am able to handle normal daily anxiety by myself without drugs. But occasionally I take some passionflower, or chamomille at night to calm me down a bit. I cannot believe that 6 years ago I was thinking I was dying because my problem and I was taking about 4-5 psych drugs to " live " . Thanks again >> , trust your ability to know. This is clearly your problem. I do believe breaking it into smaller doses will work better for you but I'd suggest to you that you not take just partial B vitamins. This is a bad way to do it. Vitamins and minerals are best in certain rations to one another and none of them act fully on their own. I would suggest you take Vitamin B 100 Complex and instead of cyanocobalamin you should be taking methylcobalamin. The one you're taking is a poor form of B12 resulting in very little assimilation of it. Again, you can break these down to 2-3 doses a day or more if necessary. Regarding magnesium, stopping this because you feel better is a bad idea. The majority of adults are deficient in magnesium. This means we don't get enough in our diets. There's no need to ever stop taking a good supplement protocol. I strongly suggest a good liquid full spectrum vitamin, magnesium, and Vit C as a vitamin foundation (this does not include minerals and omega-3). If you took the liquid you wouldn't need the B vitamins you're taking. What made you begin the B vitamins, ? Regards,
