Guest guest Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 hi, i have been on benzos for 7 years due to neuro lyme. no longer having problems with the lyme and have been tapering off the benzos. i'm down to 0.25mg a day of xanax ,but was having a hard time tapering off of that. was reading about switching to Valium and then taper from there.
