Just recently I started taking B complex but I am not sure if is giving me the results I want, it give me some heart palpitations. My diet is not the best right now, I am a little overweighted (188 lbs at 5'9 " ) and I have been drinking alcohol, not in great amounts but more than before. At the moment I only have a part time job and I have a lot of free time, so my stress levels are not so high. But definitely you are right. My diet is not good for the moment, and I am not making any exercise at all, so i am more prone to deppression than to anxiety.>> ** Congratulations. You've just listed the causes of your anxiety. Fix these things and you will reduce your anxiety. Also, alcohol will reduce anxiety at the moment, but later, it will bounce back worse than before. Most who have taken psych drugs find they cannot drink alcohol without negative consequences. Think about this -- if you are eating poorly and not taking supplements, where is your body supposed to get what it requires to function properly?
