Is there any risk to the liver?>> ** I wouldn't assume this is the route to go. You seem to be throwing darts at a board blindfolded. What's the reasoning for the B3 other than you heard it can help with anxiety? Your best bet is to ask yourself what you were doing when the anxiety was under control, and then re-create this. You could also give me more than " I have anxiety " to go on for some recommendations. My gut tells me it's in your diet and that you are not taking a full complement of supplements and haven't been for quite some time now.
