i think this is it. i had lost hope that it would happen, but i think i'm in

remission finally. i'm

18 weeks pregnant and have noticed that i have had no big problems in over a

week. wow!!!

i might just make it through this pregnancy after all. i was beginning to

wonder how i could

make it another 5 months. anyway, i have already talked to my doc about what to

start the

day of the birth. i'm not going to try to breastfeed this time since my 1st

child will be 16

months old when i have this next one. i can't afford to goof around and risk

being

incapacitated. i'm getting my tubes tied (I'll be 40 in a couple of weeks).

so......... i'm

thinking about trying methotrexate or enbrel. any suggestions?

Hi ! I'm 18w and 2 days and knock on all things wood, I haven't had Enbrel

since 1/8. I was bold and daring and reduced my pred too and I'm doing ok.

Maybe this remission thing is kicking in for both of us!

As for post partum, I plan on starting back on Enbrel as soon as the baby is

born and I have the first sign of stiffness or pain. I'd like to stay off

prednisone, so I was thinking of adding a second agent like Plaquenil. If

you're not b'feeding, I would think that mtx would be a good option too.
