Hidradenitis Supporativa and RA????

I've had something called Hidradenitis Supporativa since about 17.

The best I can figure is that in general terms, it is like a body wide

lymph node infection. Hard as hell to treat though. I just recently

was diagnosed with RA and have just found out that I can't take

anything to slow the progression of the disease. I am curious if

anyone else has these 2 conflicting conditions and if so, is there

anything at all to slow the RA down?
