Guest guest
I have never had much faith or patience is government workers. But after many month of waiting I finally had an appnt with Texas Dept of disabilities and assistive devices( I think that is what they are called now) they use to be Texas Depart of vocational services. I met with a very nice lady. Took nearly two hours to gather all the info. I still have a few things to take back tomorrow. However, the news was promising. She is sending me for a typing test at my local workforce office and then for some other testing....residual fuctional capacity exam. Medical exam and a few other things. She claims there are many jobs in my area that pay well....that I she believes I can do. Some of those are government jobs set aside specifically for those disabled. So for once I am hopeful. I still have very little trust in doctors...but we shall see. Toni **************Ideas to please picky eaters. Watch video on AOL Living.
