Here's a list of path labs: Bostwick Laboratories [800] 214-6628 Dianon Laboratories [800] 328-2666 (select 5 for client services) Jon Epstein (Hopkins) [410] 955-5043 or [410] 955-2162 Grignon (Michigan) [313] 745-2520 Jon Oppenheimer (Tennessee) [888] 868-7522 UroCor, Inc. [800] 411-1839 AIUI, one is seeking information on whether the cancer cells are diploid or the higher-risk aneuploid. The usual tipoff for such an examination is usually high Gleason + low PSA. Guest guest
Hi Steve, Yes, I requested it be done by Epstein and we just have to hope our requests are being honored. His Gleason was 6 and his PSA was 1.7. Biopsy was done due to rough spot felt during DRE. We'll get Hopkins report tomorrow. How high a Gleason score are you referring to? I just want to make sure we cover all bases. Gail > > > I'm wondering if this should be done or not?
