Guest guest
You are the best, ! Would you mind sharing what books you're reading on reflexology? I'd love to learn a lot more about it. Melinda ) Thanks ... Thanks for the sweet comment . I have never done this particular thing, but I believe that the combination of LifeLift and Reflexology have helped my hair to keep growing, growing, growing and my nails too. I also think the combination has really helped me keep my skin in great condition too. I had my husband trying your idea with me and we were laughing out loud rubbing our little fingers together till they tingled. I love your great ideas. You are the best! Rashelle Jenni, One thing I have learned from all of the reflexology books I have been reading has to do with stimulating the hair follicles. It's really easy too. All you do is buff your nails together for a few minutes. Make them sing!! After you do this you will feel your fingers tingle. According to the books I have (and am) reading this has helped people who have gray hair turn darker, people who have lost hair experience re-growth (is that a word?) etc.... My husband is doing it now every day to help regain his receding hairline. Oh, it also makes your hair very thick. Buff, buff, buff those nails. I wonder if Rashelle does this with all of that gorgeous hair that she has.

Guest guest
Your welcome Rashelle! I can just imagine the two of you giggling. One night we were all doing it and my little 14 month old was watching us intently. Sure enough, she looked down at her hands and attempted to do it. She needs it most of all, she has so little hair. *grin* Thanks again for everything you do. LL is such a blessing in my life. It really makes me feel so relaxed yet energized. I am addicted to it though, and do it all day long. I average at least120 breaths a day and would do more if I could!! I just love, love, love it!! Love,
Guest guest
You bet Melinda! I have read several books now but by far the best are all of them by Mildred . Check your local library, they probaby have them. She has one on body reflexology, foot reflexology and hand reflexology. I suggest you start with the foot reflexology since you get great results with using the feet. My family loves it-all of a sudden they are getting all of these great foot massages. I even have been using it on the baby since she has been sick. I went to nurse her the other day and she couldn't do it and breathe. Her little nose was just so stuffed up. So, I gently rubbed the reflexes on her hands to her sinuses and I heard a whoosh sound. From then on she nursed just fine and was breathing perfectly through her nose. I am continually amazed with the power of reflexology. God designed us so perfectly didn't he?
Guest guest
I am sitting her trying to breathe as I go through my emails. I came to yours and started to bust up laughing!! That's okay, I've learned that laughing and smiling is great for your pituitary gland which is the king gland and most important of all. Keep on banging your head!! Guest guest
Everything I have read so far says it is thru a tick bite so didn't know about the other insects transmitting the lyme. Maybe that is why this condition has been very resistant to traditional treatment. Thanks. I'll ask about the test. My alternative is go onn rituxan and it is my only alternative so I need to try all other avenues first. take care, Ebony > > > > after being diagnosed with RA for 13 years?
