I also have carpel tunnel in both hands, my writing handf is the worst which is my right, I don't sleep many a night, I am in pain so bad, I am on Celebrex but I don't think it helps as much as something else could,....I wear braces on both hands and a cold pack on my right shoulder every night it seems like the only way I can get a couple of hours sleep... and the list goes on and on.....Not alot of people understand they just think I am whining...I work a 40 hour week and that is becoming very difficult to get thru....
