The trip was cancelled due to poor registration numbers, but Eastern

enthusiastic but said that Thanksgiving was not a popular time to go on such a

trip.†I can promise you this is not a “climb Kilimanjaro kind of†trip

there is plenty of time for rest, you can opt out of excursions, and they move

TRAVEL BLOG

I wrote a blog on domestic and international travel for those with celiac

disease and gluten intolerance. It appeared on the website of my friend and

colleague, Tricia : _www.glutenfreedietitian.com_

(http://www.glutenfreedietitian.com/) . Please take a look and rate it, if you

like. This was my

first blog experience!

EVIDENCE ANALYSIS LIBRARY:

I am on a task force of national dietitians –we are writing guidelines on

medical nutrition therapy for celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Many of

the clinical questions we were asked to answer based on scientific evidence are

online and available for viewing by registered dietitians. The clinician

must be a member of the American Dietetic Association (_www.eatright.org_

Have a wonderful winter!
