Guest guest Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 I'd like to know what folks have done for aerobic activity when they are unable to walk. I cannot stand for more than a couple of minutes without pain, requiring me to sit. I've already lost muscle mass, and since this is a long term issue, I am concerned that my health will deteriorate if I don't keep my heart pumping. I will look into water aerobics, but finances are an issue at the moment - anyone come up wiht creative ideas, or web site recommendations?
