Guest guest
Hello everyone! I had to stop my Diclofenac that I take 2 times a day immediately Monday after my new rheumatologist found out I had been taking that. I have a history from 1999 to present of abnormal elevated liver functions and she stated this one is particularly hard on the liver. I did not take any doses at all Monday-today. She had stated to give it more than a day to see how my pain did. If I have a lot of pain to phone her and she can call it in. I am having so much pain in the knees that I can barely stand, or see straight. I just went outside for a moment and had to walk back up three front steps and I could barely lift my feet off the ground to do this. Walking is near impossible. Does anyone else have any of these issues when having to stop an NSAID or miss doses? I only took 50mgs 2 times a day and am really surprised it affected me so much. As always thank you so much for all the feedback! ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Hi , A few months ago when my rheum checked my lab my liver ezymes were too high. He made me stop my Etodolac (Lodine)immediately along with the Zocor I take. I was taking 500mg of Etodolac twice a day and stopping it made my knees really hurt. Had to bear with it for a month before I could take that NSAID again. Since haven't had any further problem with elevated liver enzymes.
