Does anyone know if there any validity to an anti-mold diet?  My girlfriend just

called and said she is allergic to mold and her Allergist put her on an

anti-mold diet which eliminates all milk products most fruits/juices, yeast,

including all breads, root vegetables, all sweets, nuts, soy, vinegar, salad

dressings, lunch meats and probably more which I have forgotten.  She was told

she could eat fresh cooked meat, fish, eggs and some vegetables and melon only

certain months of the year, butter and oil.  She is going to show me the

handouts the doctor provided tomorrow.  Can anyone give me some insight into

these so called restrictions?   Thanks in advance.
