My mother always tells me that! Let go and let God. and that is what we

need to practice, because when it comes down to it all, we have to trust he will

get us through. Good luck with gettting an appt. at the different pain clinic.

Back here is Mass. they are so backed up. I hope you surround yourself with

people who will help you, and don't get discouraged when someone treats you

poorly because of a past addiction, sounds like you have learned and know when

and why should be a reason to use a drug. You should not have to suffer with

pain due to a prior problem, I know of others who have been on drugs, and are

still able to take prescriptions when needed with a close monitor and keeping in

mind they are being used for pain, not for anything else. Again hang in there,

and continue with staying in recovery.

I hope you find some help at the new clinic. I go to a pain clinic and was

thinking about stopping since I already have a ton of Drs. My Rhu said he

would prescribe the meds but that I needed to talk to the pain Dr before I

stopped. They have a lot of the newest treatments for pain and a good one

will help you. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
