Midweek Herald - Prostate cancer survivor in bid to cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia

A HAWKCHURCH man, who is a recovering cancer sufferer, will cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia to raise money for charity. Golding, 64, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer five years ago, hopes to raise £10,000 for The Prostate Cancer Charity, in partnership with Breast Cancer care.He said: "I was determined that prostate cancer was not going to be the end of me and made the decision to have surgery. Since then, I have had seven good friends all diagnosed with the condition.
