Guest guest
Have the doctors done any tests such as a CT scan of her abdomen or an MRI? Have they done an upper and lower endoscopy? Have they checked her stools for occult blood? Maybe she has an ulcer or some type of problem like gall stones? Does she still have her gallbladder? There are many reasons for stomach upset and nausea, from cancer to heartburn, they really need to rule out all other physical reasons with all of the above tests before blaming a medication that has been well tolerated. Has the GI doctor evaluated her for that? > > Hi, > > > > My mother is not eating, and we are not sure why. When asked she says she > feels nauseated, or has a pain in her stomach.
