Guest guest
Thank you Marcia and everybody else for your prayers, words of wisdom and great advice. Since last Thursday's episode, Dad has been fine. When it happens again (which I'm sure it will) I will try the distraction technique. I also want to get him out of the house more. I truly think he gets bored, in fact he mentioned something along those lines to Mum last week. Has anyone observed their LO with LBD/PDD staring at them? Mum and I frequently find Dad staring at us when we think he's watching the TV. It's a little unnerving because it seems as though he doesn't know us but the second we say something to him, he's (more or less) normal, or as normal can be...ie. knows who we are, what we're talking about. Guest guest
Tania: If he is confused, he might be trying to figure out who you are or where he is? You never know what they are thinking. Try magazines relating to something he always enjoyed to " entertain " him. Good luck, Leona Whenever you do not understand what's happening in your life, just close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say, " God, I know it is your plan. Just help me through it " .
