We have been looking to find a member to get our story out to the media for a long time. We urgently need to. These doctors will never know the pain and suffering that they have caused us if we just sit down and do nothing. We need people like yourself who can use their professionalism to help us achieve this. If you are willing to help us as a group, we would all be so grateful to you and would support you throughout. There are many ways we could get around this. Do you write for magazines or newspapers or both? We are looking for perhaps an article written by one member and which can be translated into different languages and sent to magazines. I for one, would love to receive your article (if that was ok of course) and translate it into Greek and send to various magazines. One major concern is that not all women have access to a computer and we, being fortunate to own one, can get knowledge but not others. I'm sure that if we left some sort of telephone number at the end of the article, then we would have non stop phone calls from people who have similar symptoms but never knew the name. There is not only lack of awareness amonst women but sadly there is lack of awareness on the part of doctors of the risk of a D & C on a recently pregnant uterus.

A lot of homework needs to be done before you can write this article, but I'm sure that the ladies in this group would all be willing to help you out with whatever questions you have. You can even get access to egroups and do a poll asking various questions to members and gathering your own statistics. Have you looked at the member profiles? Just by studying this, many of your questions will already be answered.
