Re: Maharashtra State gets positive on its HIV staff. THAT IS A VERY WELCOME

INITIATIVE BY A STATE GOVERNMENT.

As a matter of fact the Gujarat SACS has a full time staff who is a member of

the state network of the PLHA (GSNP+)besides various functionaries in the

service provison being themselves HIV positive(ART centre, Drop in Centres,

Telecounselling centres, management of

VCTC, Positive Speakers' Bureau, TIs and other field units)for observing the

GIPA principle in the letter and the spirit.

We all must facilitate the related activities for ensuring the same at our
