Wheat can cause dementia too

Hi All,

Due to some ongoing intestinal issues for years I was recently tested

and found to be lactose and wheat intolerant. I have been on a dairy

and wheat free diet for two weeks now with some improvement.

I am reading a book that is very thought provoking and does make sense

to me. I wanted to tell you because it is helping me. Please read

this book carefully and see if it makes sense to you. The main punch

of the book is the premise that the wheat we eat is chemically and

genetically engineered and is not the wheat that our grandparents ate

just 50 years ago. This new engineered dwarf wheat has unforeseen

effects on humans. Read this:

One part makes the point that ongoing wheat consumption can cause some

types of dementia. Read it and see what you think. I think the

research quoted is disturbingly correct. My Bob had terrible eating

habits. He would get donuts and coffee at dunkin donuts on his way to

school to teach every day, then he would get a Coke and a Snickers bar

for lunch and eat at his desk or in the teacher's lounge, then finally

he would come home and eat a large dinner of spaghetti and meat sauce

with garlic toast (his favorite meal!) He became diabetic when he was

60. I do think his awful eating habits were at fault. To this day

Bob loves sweets, cookies, pie, cake, candy, etc.

I wanted to tell you about this book because it is so simple, and so disturbing!

Pat M.
