I would like to thank everyone who responded to my post. I have been

unable to move my hands the past couple of days and have not been able

to respond to posts. We have had two cold fronts come through the past

week and I have had pain in my shoulders, wrist, hands, knees, ankles,

and feet.

After reading your post I have we have decided that taking the

methotrexate is best for me in order to be able function properly. As

for my depression I have been better especially after reading

everyone's supportive post. It seems after reading everyone's posts

that we all share the same problems, especially the way we are treated

at work. I will end up being on short term disability soon, so

hopefully the methotrexate will help me.

Once again thank you to everyone for their support and it is good to

know that I have a place to vent here in this forum.

Vent away , Sometimes all we need is someone who knows exactly what we

are going through to talk too !!! Winter is my worse time of the year. The

cold really affects the pain and swelling, no sunlight affects my mood! I

know you will soon find the right treatment and will be feeling better soon

! As for work, I really do not try to pull attention to myself. Only a few

at work know I have RA. Most could care less, they only have time for

themselves and only care about themselves!
