Jacky, as I understand it, plateaus are common in weight loss. If

you are low carbing, I think Dr. Atkins has a plan to get your weight

loss started again. I heard some friends discussing it, but don't

know the details. I'm sure you could find a reference to it on his

web site. What has worked for me in the past, in regular (not low

carb) diets, is to actually increase the calories slightly for about

a week, and then start again. It sounds like you're getting plenty

of exercise.

, your suggestion to add " good " fat makes sense to me to be able

to stop my weight loss where I want it. I'm going to give it a try

as soon as those last 6 pounds or so are gone.
