the weight watcher program is very liberal, you can eat pretty much

anything and everything has 'points', [cept veg.] ~you are givin a

point number when you start, in my case I had 29 points alloted for

eachday~example~1 cup cereal=2pts~1/2c skim milk+1pt.~1banana=2pts, so

your total pt. count for breakfast was 5pts~~you use diet marg. and fat

free products to keep your points low~fruit is 1 carb ,all veggies are

free cept for things like potatos and corn which are still low

pt.~~~when I stayed on it for 6weeks I only lost 8lbs but it was great

cuz I'd been stalled on Atkins for over a year, it took me that long to

try this but it made my body respond to Atkins and I guickly lost 0ver

20lbs~now when Atkins stops for a cuple weeks I go ww way of eating and

so far it keeps me loseing on Atkins [knock on wood!!]~~I don't lose on

those few days on ww but I don't gain either which is pleasing but that

isn't the reason I switch to it anyway, I do it to 'jump start'

Atkins~~BTW ww is what made me start writing down and counting

everything I eat, I also think this is whay Atkins is working for me now

cuz there were alot of carbs I never counted in that year and a half

when I did so poorly~hope this helps you
